StepX is the ULTIMATE FITNESS EXPERIENCE! It’s a unique group fitness full body, low impact workout on a stair stepper that combines cardiovascular and strength training designed for all fitness levels! The cardio pushes are on a stair stepper that combine a variety of moves including jogging, climbing, running, sprinting, shuffling, high knees, jump-rope, jump squats plus more choreographed to music to help keep you motivated!
We have a wide range of dumb bells to use for our strength training portion of the class, each day working different muscle groups so that your muscles have time to recover from the day before. We are a form of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) which means we go back and forth between cardio pushes and strength training to keep your body guessing and your metabolism working harder so that you will get EXTREME RESULTS plus we do everything together as a group to help keep each other motivated and inspired!

Each class is different every day, so that your body never reaches a plateau. Each class holds up to 20 members plus one certified instructor, high definition video wall with surround sound system and lighting that will keep you energized, inspired and pumped throughout the whole class!!
