I love StepX! It’s a very high energy, judgement free and everyone can work out at their own pace. It’s a high energy work out with an amazing owner/master trainer that always pushes you to do your best in all areas even at home, work and during your work out. Keri motivates you to be a better you! I lost 22 pounds from when I started coming to StepX just by making smarter decisions and listening to all the words that Keri delivers you while doing a high intense workout. I have never pushed myself during a workout harder than at StepX and Keri will make sure you are not cheating in a good way! It showed me that I can workout harder than I ever thought I could. I joined StepX with no expectations EXCEPT to survive a class. A year after joining, I have lost over 20 lbs and haven’t felt this good in a really long time! I can honestly say StepX made me fall in love with working out all over again! I’ve always done strength training with little to no cardio at all and I’ve just been slowly getting back to working out after a bad injury so finding something that is low impact like StepX was a huge blessing because it doesn’t bother my injury at all! I absolutely LOVE how in 60 minutes at StepX I get my cardio, strength and resistance training done for the day so I don’t have to go anywhere else!! I don’t know how to explain it but there is something special about this place. Is it the music? Is it the members? Is it @keri_anderson_ ? It’s all of the above!!! The music provides this high energy atmosphere and just makes you want to keep going. The members are always happy to come to class and very encouraging. And Keri? What can I say? She’s awesome! She is so inspiring and so motivating that she always brings out the best in you – each and every class! Words can’t even describe my gratitude for StepX coming into my life, it truly has changed my life on every level!

“I was diagnosed with an auto immune disease called rheumatoid arthritis in 2009. Due to other surgeries and medical conditions I could not take the immune suppressants necessary to control the disease. As a result I have some small deformities in my hands and feet. Over the years I became depressed and getting off my couch was difficult. I started walking but my joints could not handle my weight! Then friends introduced me to Keri and StepX! I thought it was going to be aerobics with a stepper! Boy was I wrong! It was love at first sight! The music, the workout and especially Keri and her trainers encouraged me that I could do it! I had to step it out for almost a year. I just kept coming and Keri loves a project, lol. Today I can workout 5 days a week and I can do almost all the moves! StepX changed my life and my mindset! I just turned 55 and I was so excited because I am off my couch and kicking ass on the daily!”

“BEST Workout, by far!! I knew I was out of shape but struggled with motivation; I really had none and was tired ALL the time. I am not one for the gym environment which one reason I like this place so much. I joined Step X Fitness in September 2019, right after my free class and to describe this program in a word... AMAZING!! It is fun, low impact and different everyday. Keri and Stephanie are incredible motivators and encouragers and spurs everyone on to do their best and a little bit more. “ I LOVE StepX because IT WORKS!! I’ve been trying to lose weight for years, been a yo-yo up and down 5-10 lbs. During the last 60 days I consistently ate healthy, worked out at least 5 days a week and have lost 18 lbs. Best part is that the weight is staying off and it keeps coming off! Keri has pushed me to increase my weights and visualize my results. I’ve taken direction “slowly” but I feel every workout, my muscles are sore in a good way! Plus it’s fun, enjoyable with motivating music.
